Trips on Lake Powell
With nearly 2,000 miles of shoreline and almost 100 canyons, Lake Powell has a wealth of fishing spots. You can rely on a knowledgeable fishing guide to show you the best spots. At Lake Powell Guide Services, we’ll take you to incredible fishing locations to give you a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Trips start at sunrise, your guide will communicate the exact time. All fishing trips include services for 1–4 anglers. We can meet you at the Antelope Point Marina dock, pick you up at your houseboat, or camp site.
Good times are even better when you have good company. Even though each trip covers 1–4 anglers, you aren’t limited to just the two of you. Add even more fun by bringing a few friends on your guided fishing trip.Additional anglers can be added for an additional fee. Limit of 6 anglers per guided trip.
We know that sometimes you might want to spend the entire day throwing a line but can’t. You don’t have to wait until you have a whole day open to get the opportunity to go on one of our trips. At Lake Powell Guided Services, we offer two options for guided fishing: full-day or half-day. Our full-day trips are eight-10 hours long, while our half-day trips are four-five hours depending on where you want to go on Lake Powell
Lake Powell has an assortment of fish species that call it home, from catfish to bass. Stocked with nearly a dozen different species, the lake is a great place to fish. Depending on the time of year and where you go, you can catch fish large and small. Have your own Catch and Cook feast while enjoying the canyons of Lake Powell!
At Lake Powell Guide Services, we provide everything you need for a fishing trip except your fishing license. We offer bait, tackle, and rods to make your trip simple and stress-free. You are welcome to bring your own equipment if you choose to do so.
We can also make things easier for you after your fishing trip with us. After a successful day of fishing, we can even fillet your fish for you.
We want to give you an experience that you won’t forget. We’ve found that the best way to do this is to let you craft your experience. If you want to spend part of your guided fishing trip swimming, then we’ll make it happen. If you have a specific spot or type of fish in mind, we’ll do what we can to get it.
